Edina Presidents Neighborhood
The Presidents Neighborhood of Edina lies just west of Blake Road and the Interlachen Park Neighborhood, forming the border with the neighboring city of Hopkins. In fact, all of this area lies within the Hopkins School District. The Presidents consist of 400 homes, most of which are 1950’s and 60’s ramblers and 1.5 story homes, modestly priced in the $100,000-$300,000 range. There are several newer cul de sac subdivisions within the neighborhood that are very nice, and offer more expensive homes at the $500,000 and above level.
