The residential portion of Cahill runs along Lewis Ridge Park (hockey rink, walking trails, soccer fields, tennis courts, and playgrounds) and borders on both the Dewey Hill Neighborhood and the Prospect Knolls Neighborhood.. There are many good residential housing options to choose from along the Cahill corridor, including (from north to south) Highpointe Townhomes, Highlander Townhomes, Village West Townhomes, Lewis Ridge Townhomes & Condos, Chataignier Condos, Dewey Hill Condos, Cahill of Edina Townhomes, and Pondwood Townhomes. All of these multi-family associations have different price points, amenities, and rules. There are dedicated bike lanes on both side of Cahill Rd, with easy access over the 494 bridge to even more trails at Hyland Reserve Park in Bloomington.
