My husband and I have lived in six homes in the past 30 years. We always look for a warm, inviting place that feels “right”, and 4503 Arden was the right place for us! What we love most about our home was the newly-remodeled, Tom Rauscher designed kitchen with great cooking features, including the Wolf steam oven (with a capacity to slow roast, bake, reheat, steam, and even heat hot stones for a home spa!) Oh, and the Miele dishwasher has a light inside! We also love the private and peaceful backyard, backing up to a natural marsh and tall pines and hardwoods. Songbirds are a regular treat as are an occasional red fox, red-headed woodpeckers, a flock of turkeys and hummingbirds. We added a well-constructed cedar fence in the yard last year which perfects the outdoor space and dampens the sound. Even in the house, in the mornings, you can hear a pin drop even with the windows open, it’s a real luxury! Another feature we enjoy is the Master Bedroom oversized windows providing beautiful morning views of trees swaying in the breeze and wildlife. No matter the season, winter, summer, fall, the view is priceless. Finally, we love the family room addition, it’s a great place to stage a party — in fact, with the long kitchen and dining room on the other end, you can get two parties in one! And then finish the party on the patio for coffee and desserts! We love living here, and our morning or evening walks never get old. Neighbors are welcoming and so very friendly. And the long-time mailman, Dave, is the best.. We hope you find the same quality of life we have here!
