A Word from our sellers...

We love our home in Bearpath! It was custom built with much thought and unique qualities. We enjoy the privacy of the expansive lot with its beautiful landscaping. With the large pine trees providing an “Up North” feel we can share a cozy fire on the patio with friends and libation. We treasure watching the ducks on the adjacent pond in the summer and playing broomball on the ice with our kids in the winter. We can cross country ski in and out of our property, swim in nearby Lake Riley and bike/ run on the Three Rivers District path as well as the Rice Marsh Lake trail. Our large gourmet kitchen gives us great space to cook with friends and family for buffet dinners. After a long day at work we connect in the comfort and quiet of the executive office with its warm wood and library-like surroundings. Our walkout level great room gives us a fabulous opportunity to entertain guests around the bar with the large screen TV and entertainment center in the background.
